Pyrantel Paste (pyrantel pamoate)

Pyrantel Paste (Durvet) is for the removal and control of mature infections of large strongyles, small strongyles, pinworms, and large roundworms in horses and ponies. Pyrantel Paste is easy to administer and contains an apple flavor that horses love! Administer Pyrantel Paste as a single dose of 3mg pyrantel base per pound of body weight and can be safely used on foals as young as 2 months of age, pregnant mares up to 1 month prior to the anticipated foaling date and nursing mares 10 days after foaling.
